An overarching Framework Agreement will be established from which each Efficiency East Midlands member will call-off Contracts from, should you wish to use these Contractors.

Each individual contract under the Framework will be let using a standard Consultancy Agreement amended to reflect individual Efficiency East Midlands members standard Terms and Conditions.

During April 2012 Efficiency East Midlands will be updating its image with brighter colours bringing a more modern look to the display stands where EEM will be the preferred promoted name.

Also in April the first EEM newsletter will be published and distributed to all stakeholders and other housing providers in the East Midlands.

Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing Ltd has awarded their gas servicing and maintenance contract to the Sure Group following a mini competition of suppliers chosen from the Efficiency East Midlands framework.
