Pete Smith appointed as Managing Director.
Following a successful period where Efficiency East Midlands has grown from five to seventeen members maintaining 156,000 homes, the Project Manager, Pete Smith has been appointed as Managing Director enabling him to focus on realising cashable and non-cashable savings for the membership.
Pete will be moving to an office just off junction 27 of the M1 at the icon Business Centre to be central to the membership, the office will be fully operational from the 31st October 2011.
