Partnerships

EEMs approach is to involve all stakeholders in its collaborative activities, to promote real partnership.

Working with our Residents

At the heart of our services are the members, residents/tenants, leaseholders and service users. Residents are involved as stakeholders in all new projects and programmes of work.

Working with our Suppliers and Contractors

EEM co-ordinates the delivery of programmes of works, supply of materials and services through a number of resident working groups under the umbrella of the Residents Procurement Group.

This group brings together members staff and residents with key contractors and suppliers, to work together to promote efficiencies, review products and ensure continuous improvement.

The groups focus is structured around a range of key work areas involving:

Employment and Skills (E&S)

EEM has developed a comprehensive E&S strategy. This involves supporting contractors and suppliers to deliver effective training and employment. EEM works with a range of agency based training/employment programmes to support contractor and supplier partners to achieve their targets.
